Salinding Financial provides bookkeeping, financial management, and advisory services on a subscription basis. Our services are non-attest services and do not include audits, reviews, or other CPA-specific services.

3. Subscription and Payment

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. You must maintain proper records and respond to our requests for information in a timely manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

Salinding Financial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your financial information and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
